We are a team of physiotherapists with a wealth of experience working in private practice, professional sport and the NHS. We believe in thorough rehabilitation to prevent reoccurrence, not just the quick fix.
Our clinic is modern and purpose built designed to give you smart, contemporary treatment rooms and space for rehab and exercise. We pride ourselves on our comprehensive service and our ability to not only treat your condition but put a smile on your face as we go.
We are specialised in what we do and have a range of approaches to help your condition. Our clinicians have many years of experience and have practised throughout the country.
Our target is for you to see improvement within 3 sessions. But for those problems that physiotherapy can’t help, we have a network of Doctors, Surgeons and Health Care Professionals who can.
The aim is to do anything we can to help you to perform better.
Meet The Team
Ben Wood
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Ben has over 20years of experience working as a specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in private clinics throughout the country including Harley Street, Nottingham and Chelsea.
He has also worked with various high level sports teams including Brentford FC, Charlton Athletic, Notts County, Richmond Rugby Club, Holcombe Hockey Club Mens 1st Team and the ECB. He has a strong academic background with a Masters degree in Sports Medicine and has been involved in various research projects. He has also been an associate lecturer at the University of Kent.
Ben aims to deliver the same level of expert physiotherapy used in professional sport and exclusive city clinics to Performance Physiotherapy Rochester.
Outside of work he has 2 young children and enjoys the cinema, travelling, triathlons and playing any sports he can get his hands on.
Noopur Shah
Physiotherapist
Noopur is a Chartered and State Registered Physiotherapist with the Health Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. She has a Masters degree from the University of Cardiff. She has an interest in back and hip disorders and also works as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in the NHS
